4 day push pull routine

Therefore, in this post I will show you step by step, a complete full body workout routine that I have developed for you inspired by the training methods of a great bodybuilding as was Steve Reeves.

On a personal level, I inform you that I have been testing it for a couple of months and I can assure you that the results are exceptional, yes, the routine doing it properly, you will find it quite hard and I assure you that on more than one occasion, you will go through the head to stay at home and leave the gym for the next day.

In life, both personally and professionally, I believe that with hard work, effort and perseverance, you can reach and achieve all the goals you set for yourself. Every day I try to improve in everything I do and one of my secrets is to observe and emulate the actions of the best, this is the only way to learn to succeed. In this blog, I will make my vocation a vacation, dealing with several topics that I am passionate about, hoping that you will enjoy them as much or more than I do when I expose them. Torso leg routine

Meeting of connoisseurs! 🙂 During this week I’ve been contacting different experts in the world asking them a simple question: what do you think is the best routine to gain aesthetics? Here are the results…

“Hi! I’d like to know which is the best aesthetic routine in terms of the results it has given you or your clients/followers, I’m asking other bloggers and then I’ll gather the results and post them.”

The Starting Aesthetics routine, based on a pull-pull-push-leg fullbody scheme of frequency 2. I personally like it better than the push-pull-leg because we work the leg a little better. I also recommend having some elastic bands to be able to train extra exercises at home (or take them to the gym).

As you can see, there is no perfect routine. Almost no one talks about repetition ranges, implying that the important thing is the total training volume (i.e. 3 sets of 10 repetitions would be the same as 5 sets of 6 repetitions). Strongman Tarrako is the most forceful: there is no such thing as an aesthetic routine (although in the video he mentions that for hypertrophy it is best to do between 8 and 12 repetitions).

Periodization of repetitions by micro-cycles.4.- Progressive load increase.5.- Strategic unloading.Having listed the bases of the method we are going to explain them one by one.1- HIGH FREQUENCYThe HST method is based on creating an abnormal environment to promote maximum hypertrophy in the trained muscles. This means that the frequency will be medium-high.when a muscle is worked the protein synthesis is elevated, but this elevation lasts for 36 hours post-training, 48 hours as an absolute stop. After these hours protein synthesis returns to basal levels, so it stops growing. One of the keys to HST is to try to keep protein synthesis elevated for as long as possible by training each muscle 3 times a week.HST is therefore mainly based on 3 full body workouts per week. Then we will see variations that can be done.2- LOW VOLUMEIf the frequency is high the training volume should be lowered, as you cannot keep both elevated at the same time. In other words, you can do 20 sets of pecs one day a week and you can do 6 sets of pecs three days a week. But you can’t do 20 sets of pecs three times a week.
