The name of the website is Zelda Breath of the Wild Street View. On his YouTube channel called Nassim’s Software, this computer science student has shared the project and described how he achieved it. There he explains in detail the tools he used.

Basically, Nassim downloaded the Wii U emulator Cemu and installed a series of mods that allowed him to play ‘Breath of the Wild’ in first person, as well as removing all the interface elements.

With that done, he set about taking a series of screenshots at 180 degrees horizontally and 45 degrees vertically, to achieve a complete image that you can rotate the mouse through to see in 360 degrees a la Street View.

The result is not perfect, it is far from perfect and there are artifacts in most of the photos, but it is still a very nice and interesting project in which you can see that a lot of work was put.
